Mel Horwood and Mary Anne Woolf are joining forces to lead a workshop that combines drawing and movement. Mel, who has run sessions at previous Sculpture Trails, has a background in community and contemporary dance and film-making. Mary Anne comes from a visual arts background and is interested in exploring different forms of expression and their interactions, and the way they shape our experience of the world. The aim of the workshop is for participants to enjoy the site at Raveningham in a unique way, guided by artists from different art forms but with a common interest in creative responses to landscape. The session is suitable for anyone (adults and children 12 years+) regardless of previous training or experience as it will start with the basics of movement in space and on paper.
Venue: Waveney Valley Sculpture Trail at The Raveningham Centre, Raveningham NR14 6NU
Refreshments available – not included in price
