On Tuesday 18 July at 7.30pm the Seagull Club host a Summer Quiz Night. Decent questions and a good natured atmosphere make this a delightful night out for boffins and dummies alike.
Admission £1 per person for teams of up to 6.
On Friday 21 July at 7pm come and join us for our fourth youth charity concert in aid of the Seagull’s ‘Raise the Roof’ Fund. With the fund now at more than two thirds of the £40,000 target, come a support some lively young talent and have some wholesome fun.

On Saturday 22 July at 7.30pm Great Yarmouth Children’s Theatre and the Great Yarmouth Players present ‘MY Favourite Musicals’. Slip into some familiar tunes as these two accomplished groups bring you a marvellous selection of songs from your best loved musicals.
On Wednesday 26 July at 11am and again at 1pm we welcome ‘Andy’s Fun Hour ‘ for children. There’s juggling, magic., songs and, of course , balloons!

On Thursday 27 July at 2pm we are pleased to show the film ‘Toy story ‘ (1995). Immerse yourself in poignant drama as Woody the cowboy and newcomer Buzz Lightyear vie for the position of young Andy’s favourite toy.
On Friday 28 July at 7.30pm local historian, Ivan Bunn, takes us back to 14 March 1643 for his illustrated talk ‘Oliver Cromwell, Lowestoft and the Curfew Bell’. With characteristically thorough research and boundless enthusiasm Ivan opens up the mostly forgotten moment when Cromwell and 800 roundheads entered Lowestoft in order to arrest a number of Royalist sympathisers.
