On Saturday 3 June at 7.30pm Rod Clark makes a welcome return to Seagull featuring Steve Simpson and Graham Walker on guitar, Tim Marriot on drums and harmonies by The Rockettes. Always a hugely popular night – so book early! Tickets £10/£9.
On Sunday 4 June at 7.30pm the Seagull Community Choir present “What a Wonderful World’ – a journey around the world in song. Sit back, join in and simply enjoy this delightful evening of good tunes and many memories. Tickets £5/£4.
On Tuesday 6 June at 7.30pm Shakespeare with a difference comes to the Seagull as The HandleBards present ‘As You Like It. The Handlebards are the world’s first cycling theatre company. They pedal from venue to venue with all the set, props and costume needed to perform environmentally sustainable Shakespeare across the globe. Brilliant and great fun. Tickets £10/£8/£5 group of 4+.
On Friday 9 June at 7.30pm Cantors Theatre School stage ‘Encore’ – a fast moving show performed by the theatre school’s students. Tickets £10/£7.50.
On Saturday 10 June at 7.30pm bluesy-folk music legend Wizz Jones makes a Lowestoft debut at the Seagull. Acknowledged as inspiration for Eric Clapton, Keith Richards, John Renbourn, Ralph McTell and many more, Wizz has played his own style of powerful guitar and vocal just about everywhere. This is a rare chance to hear one of the true greats. For this night only Wizz is supported by Cornish/East Anglia duo ‘Rowan Tree’. Tickets £8.
