Librarians in their own write

We are fortunate to have had more than a few local librarians who are themselves authors.  Two of them, Sophie Green (pictured above) and Analiese Avery, will discuss their writing with Krystal Vittles, head of service delivery for Suffolk libraries.  Both authors write for young people, particularly older children and young teenagers. Sophie’s supernatural-detective trilogy, Potkin and Stubbs, is published by Piccadilly Press. Annaliese’s The Nightsilver Promise (Scholastic Publishing) is the first of a fantasy adventure trilogy set in an alternate reality where science rules, destiny is set in the stars, and dragons fear to tread.

There will also be an opportunity to ask questions – about the books  themselves and perhaps even the future of libraries in the county…
