The Seagull Theatre
Approaching Shadows is the second feature film from North Wales arts and media charity TAPE Community Music and Film. The film was helmed by TAPE’s founder, Steve Swindon who grew up in Lowestoft and took his first creative steps at The Seagull Theatre back in late 80s and early 90s.
The film was released in July 2022 by London-based company, Bohemia Media who acquired the film due to the ground-breaking, inclusive production processes used throughout.
Steve is presenting the film as a fundraiser for the Seagull Theatre ahead of travelling to Los Angeles in April for the film’s US Premiere. Further details at https://theseagull.co.uk/

Cromer Artspace
The Cromer Artspace Auction Exhibition 2023 will run from April 24th to May 13th at Artspace on the Prom. Artists are generously donating works for the show. Bidding will take place at the exhibition and online via the Cromer Artspace website.
The exhibition is called TA-DAH! (we’re back)
Because it launches the new season.
Last year Artspace on the Prom had over 10,000 visitors. The auction show raised a significant amount of money, which really helped us improve the gallery and keep costs down for our exhibiting artists.
Cromer Artspace is a charity. We make no profit and are staffed and run by volunteers. We want to keep exhibiting affordable for artists. We would also like to keep improving the building, offering support for emerging artists and bringing new art to the area. All of these aspirations require money. A piece of art from you can help make these dreams a reality. For more details visit https://cromer-artspace.uk/

The Seagull Theatre
We are so excited that Rob Houchen will be back in March performing for two nights at the Seagull.
Many of you will know Rob from his many West End performances, especially his stint as Marius in Les Miserable.
If you are a fan of musicals, you will not want to miss this opportunity to hear some of the best quality vocal performances right here in Lowestoft. Rob is also going to be joined by some of his West End performing friends, so you never know who you might end up seeing…
