Membership to W&BA supports our programme connecting people and place through the arts in our region. Your support helps us programme our lively creative programme, which is mainly funded through memberships and events.
As part of your membership, you’ll receive a discount to all of our events. It costs £25 for individuals and £30 for organisations to join in 2022. Full member benefits and details are listed below.
Membership entitlements
- Individual members (£20) get the newsletter and access to promotion via the website, but not promotion of any organisation or business the individual happens to belong to.
- That requires organisation membership (£25).
- Individual members can upgrade for £5.
- Individual and organisation members are free to pass on the newsletter.

Description
Waveney & Blyth Arts (W&BA) is a voluntary organisation run by and for its members and is open to any individual or organisation that supports its aims. For 2024, the cost of Individual Membership is £25 and Organisations is £30. You can join as a member at any time and the membership will run for 1 year from the date purchased.
Membership Benefits – Individual Members:
- Reduced ticket prices for all W&BA events
- Information about and invitations to W&BA events
- The annual brochure of W&BA’s Celebrate programme emailed to you, or posted to you upon request
- Opportunities for members, such as exhibitions and art commissions
- Email Newsletter about W&BA activities and member’s activities – exhibitions, concerts, festivals and more
- Email listings about jobs, opportunities, funding and training in the wider region
- Attendance (optional) and voting at our Annual General Meeting
If you are a creative practitioner or involved in an arts, cultural or environmental organisation, you can also:
- Promote your events, exhibitions and other activities through the weekly Newsletter
- Feature in our online Creative Members directory
- Receive information about upcoming W&BA projects that you could be involved in, such as the Sculpture in the Valley event

- Promote your events and activities through the weekly Newsletter
- Feature in our online Creative Members Directory
- Information about and invitations to W&BA events sent to your nominated representative
- Email update about members’ activities – exhibitions, concerts, festivals and more – sent to your nominated representative
- Email listings about jobs, opportunities, funding and training in the wider region
- Attendance (optional) and one vote at our Annual General Meeting
