Artists from across the country are invited to submit proposals for the 2019 Sculpture Trail at the Raveningham Centre in South Norfolk, which will take place over five weeks, from 2nd August to 8th September. For 2019 we are looking for artists and makers to weave ideas, inspiration, artwork, sculpture, stories, magic and more into the meadows, woodland and natural spaces at Raveningham.
The Curator, Sarah Cannell, is particularly interested in applications from artists who will respond to the space and create site specific works. ‘The Woven Woodland’ could be taken literally or metaphorically to create works with an emphasis on materials, structure and ideas.

The £15 application fee will also provide membership of Waveney & Blyth Arts for the whole of 2019. The benefits of this are the opportunity to promote open studios, exhibitions and associated activities through the weekly newsletter to members and supporters (approx. 1000 people), social media channels and this website, to feature in the Members’ Directory, to take part in other W&BA open submission exhibitions and to receive weekly news about arts activities and opportunities in Norfolk and Suffolk.
Applications will be accepted until midnight on Friday 25th January.
