Sat 30th June 11am-12pm
Mark Cocker – naturalist, broadcaster, prize- winning author and inspiring speaker – shares his passion for rivers and their wild inhabitants. Otters, water voles and king shers, herons and water-dwelling spiders may all make an appearance. Complemented by extracts from Translated by Reeds, an evocative song cycle commissioned by Waveney & Blyth Arts in 2012 from composer Karen Wimhurst and poet Joanna Guthrie, performed by Halesworth Community Choir. Part of Southwold Arts Festival.
